R. Kelly's Double Up Tour Hits Washington DC
Last night, Mr. Robert "I-Put-The-R-In-R&B" Kelly made his way to Washington, DC for his Double Up Tour and as much as I really wanted to hate his guts for his latest divo tantrums, Kelz did an excellent job of entertaining the crowd.
